Ruth Fell

    At the age of 15 my first job was as an “aerobics instructor” at the local gym in Bathurst where I grew up. It felt so good to be moving and laughing and helping people enjoy the process of getting fit. From that moment on, I knew what I wanted to do and I haven’t looked back!

    My passion for movement has taken me from teaching large groups in international gyms across the globe, to the detailed study of Pilates and Yoga, guided by some of the worlds best teachers.

    In both my private and small group sessions I like to emphasise attention to detail and the flow of the exercise. With one movement leading into the next your body, breath and mind are constantly engaged and challenged.

    Creating a boutique environment where people can feel comfortable and at ease while achieving their health and fitness goals has been a dream come true… and I’d love to share it with you.
