I first came to yoga as a form of stress relief from a corporate IT career more than 10 years ago.
Continued daily practice gave me a sense of inner calm and mindful awareness, which I was able to use to manage stress and anxiety and to continuously bring my life back into balance.
My passion in yoga led me to graduate from yoga teacher training in 2012 in New York and since then I teach dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa Flow style classes.
I also teach prenatal yoga and I enjoy helping women on their exciting journey into motherhood through yoga.
The thing I love most about teaching yoga is that moment when the students realise that yoga is not about how you look or how flexible you are, but about self acceptance, self improvement and bringing the body, mind and spirit into a healthy balance.
