Karen-Anne Wong

As a child and teenager I was a dancer and can only imagine what my life would have been like if I had been introduced to yoga as a child. Today I am passionate about bringing empowerment and laughter to all people’s lives – and doing so through the body.

I teach Vinyasa, prenatal and children’s yoga. I have been practicing yoga and Pilates for over a decade now.

I worked for six years at the Art Gallery of New South Wales running after kids from preschool age to tertiary level in the Education Department. I am now writing my PhD at the University of Sydney on children who do yoga and what effect it might have on their relationships.

In 2011 I qualified as a Vinyasa yoga teacher and am committed to a life long journey of learning and discovery within this wonderful healing system.
