I have been a personal trainer for the past two decades. The thing I love most about helping people get fit and healthy is that every single person is unique. We all have our own motivations, belief systems and habit patterns. And then of course there’s our body shape and digestive quirks, all of which make up the wonderful tapestry of a person.
When I work with someone to help improve their health and fitness, we form a partnership. You bring a desire to change and an openness to learn new things. I provide a technical knowledge and experience gained from years of study and working with hundreds people from all walks of life. Together, we make great things happen.
My aim is to help you have as much fun as possible in your life, without being restricted by any physical limitations in your body. I want you to be fit enough, strong enough and flexible enough to do whatever you want to do – whether it’s climb a mountain, jet ski around an island, feel confident and sexy, or simply move through your day with grace and compassion.
Originally from the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, my career and studies have taken me to the UK and Europe, India and the USA. I love meeting new people and learning new things, which is why I feel so lucky to be in this industry. Every day provides an opportunity to connect, challenge myself and most importantly, challenge YOU to be the best that you can be!
